How do I place an order?
Add your favorites to the cart and check out on the website. For custom gifts, message us and we'll guide you.

Can I customize my gift?
Yes! We can personalize cards, names, colors and the items inside. Message us with your idea.

How long will my order take?
Most orders ship in 6-7 working days. Custom orders may take a little longer.

Do you deliver everywhere in Pakistan?
Yes.

Can you send a gift directly to someone else?
Of course. Enter their address at checkout and tell us if you'd like a handwritten note included. We won't put prices in the parcel.

What is Giftcard?

 

What payment methods do you accept?
COD, Advance Bank transfer, Nayapay or Jazzcash.

My order arrived damaged. What now?
We're so sorry! Send us a video within 2 hours and we'll make it right.

Can I order for a special date?
Yes, just order early and tell us the date.
